Description
Visit the historic Vienna Depot with its permanent museum display and the HO scale Western North Carolina Railroad featured in the April 2016 issue of Model Railroader magazine. The approximately 20 X 50 ft DCC controlled layout depicts the transition era from steam to diesel along the mountainous terrain of western North Carolina, and includes several award-winning structures. Numerous trains and trolleys running concurrently and Thomas-the-Tank Engine and some of his friends have been known to make an appearance as well! Great fun for kids of all ages!
